]]> Tone and stretch with a fitness class that uses elements of ballet technique to give you full body workout. Many of the exercises are done with the assistance of a traditional ballet barre.

Wear form fitting workout clothes or traditional ballet clothes. Students can wear ballet shoes or be barefoot.
